Several years ago, I had the opportunity to meet Craig Hartman, the President and CEO of Plansmith. Craig spoke about the company's focus on personal service; about the commitment to help clients realize the full potential of Plansmith’s software; and the importance of designing tools that simplify analytics and add clarity to decision-making.
Plansmith’s superior customer service and entrepreneurial culture aligned well with my philosophy and experience as a community bank executive. In late 2006, after a 30+ year career in banking, I joined the Plansmith team as Vice President of Marketing. My role is to help further the company’s long-standing success as the leading planning, budgeting, and risk management software provider in the country.

I joined the Plansmith staff in 2010 after receiving my Bachelor degree in Psychology from Lewis University. Working for Plansmith was a new and exciting opportunity after working with executive level management and small business owners in the past. Working in social services helped me realize how important our communities are, and I respect the role our community banks play. Like the relationships community bankers build with their customers, we aspire to build a similar relationship with our clients. I am continually impressed with the genuine concern and care my colleagues have for our clients, and I’m proud to be a part of a company that strives to help them grow and succeed!
